MCS Contracting provides residential remodeling, renovation, carpentry, and related contracting services in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont. Information on this site does not constitute a contract or a quote. Project scope, pricing, materials, and timelines are confirmed in a written estimate and agreement specific to your project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, and final payment obligations are set out in the written estimate, proposal, or contract for your project. Amounts due under an accepted written agreement must be paid according to that agreement.

Cancellations and Refunds

Project cancellations, refunds, and billing concerns are handled under our Refund Policy and any written agreement that applies to your project.

Intellectual Property

The content, images, and design on this site are the property of MCS Contracting and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

MCS Contracting is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
