Project Agreements Control

Remodeling work is governed first by the written estimate, proposal, or contract accepted for the specific project. If that agreement includes different cancellation, deposit, or payment terms, the written agreement controls.

Deposits and Materials

Deposits and payments for ordered materials, reserved labor, permits, design time, or other project preparation may be non-refundable once work has begun or costs have been incurred.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or pause a project, contact us as soon as possible. You remain responsible for completed work, materials ordered, non-cancellable costs, and other amounts due under the written agreement.

Service Concerns

If you believe completed work does not match the agreed scope, contact us promptly so we can review the issue. Where appropriate, we may correct the work, adjust the invoice, or agree to another fair resolution.
